Empowering the industry through education
At the Escola Europea, ethics are not an abstract concept – they are a practical foundation that guides how we teach, collaborate, innovate, and engage with society.
Our Code of Ethics & Conduct defines the principles, values, and standards of behaviour that apply to everyone involved in our activities: staff, trainers, participants, collaborators, and partners. It reflects our long-term commitment to responsible education, integrity, sustainability, and respect across the port, logistics, and intermodal transport sectors.

As an international educational institution working at the intersection of education, logistics, transport, and digital innovation, we recognise our responsibility to:
This Code serves as a shared reference framework to support ethical decision-making and professional conduct in all contexts where the Escola is represented.

The Code of Ethics & Conduct is rooted in the Escola’s core values:
These values are expressed through what we call our Ethical Triangle: respect, integrity, and responsibility, which guides all our actions.
The Code of Ethics & Conduct establishes clear standards and guidance on:
The Code applies to all individuals acting on behalf of the Escola and encourages partner organisations to promote similar principles within their own teams.
To ensure proper implementation and oversight, the Escola has appointed an Ethics Officer, responsible for:
Any concerns or potential breaches of the Code can be reported confidentially to: [email protected].
All reports are handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and protection against retaliation.
The full Code of Ethics & Conduct is available for download below.
By engaging in our courses, projects, or partnerships, all participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code.
At the Escola Europea, we understand gender equality as an essential part of ethical and professional conduct. We are committed to fostering an environment in which all people have equal opportunities to participate, contribute, and develop, regardless of gender.
This commitment applies across our educational activities, projects, partnerships, and internal collaboration. We promote respectful behaviour, inclusive participation, equal treatment, and a culture that does not tolerate discrimination, bias, or harassment. In doing so, we aim to contribute to a more inclusive and responsible logistics and transport sector.
The full Gender Equality Policy is available for download below.
This document outlines our commitment to equal opportunities, respectful conduct, and non-discrimination across all Escola activities.
