  • To foster collaborative work and group cohesiveness as a method to optimise the development of logistics chains.

Methodology

This course offers the opportunity to see first-hand the main differences between types of rail transport and infrastructures used in each one of them. The course takes place in Barcelona and offers several visits to important national and international infrastructures, such as an Inland terminal in Zaragoza or a cross-border terminal in Perpignan.

Faculty is composed of prestigious professionals from the sector, who explain first-hand how such logistics infrastructures are organised and managed, as well as how the operations function.

Finally, the participants need to solve a case study by teams, which allows them to put into practice everything they have seen and learned.
