Objectives

To understand what are the best practices on planning and execution at every stage of the temperature controlled supply chain, and specifically those using intermodal transport solutions.

To raise awareness on how the temperature-controlled products should be distributed throughout the distribution network as per specified temperature conditions.
Methodology
The course on Temperature Controlled Supply Chains is highly specialised. The contents are divided into workshops and lectures complemented by audiovisual material. During the workshops the participants will visit several port facilities, infrastructures and vessels. The classes are interactive and the students are encouraged to participate actively. The documentation will be handed out both in hard and electronic copy. At the end of the course, successful participants will receive a diploma.
