Discount Codes Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Escola Europea – Intermodal Transport (hereinafter “Escola”) offers discount codes as part of its promotional initiatives for courses and events. These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Discount Terms”) regulate the use of all discount codes shared by the Escola and establish the limitations and rules that apply.

By applying any discount code during registration or purchase, the user (hereinafter “User”) agrees to be bound by these Discount Terms, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Escola.

The Escola reserves the right to modify these Discount Terms without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective upon publication on the Escola’s website. Users are encouraged to review these Discount Terms regularly to stay informed.

APPLICABILITY AND USE

  1. Eligibility
    • Discount codes are distributed exclusively by the Escola through authorized channels, including official communications, forms, collaborators, and promotional campaigns.
    • Some discount codes may have eligibility requirements (e.g., alumni, collaborators, form submissions). These requirements will be specified when the code is issued.
  2. Single-Use
    • Discount codes are strictly limited to one use per User per purchase.
  3. Non-Accumulable
    • Discount codes cannot be combined or used together for a single registration or purchase.
    • If a User has multiple eligible discount codes, only the highest discount available will be applied.
  4. Non-Transferable
    • Discount codes are personal and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold.
  5. Validity Period
    • Each discount code will have a defined validity period. Codes cannot be used after their expiration date.

LIMITATIONS

  1. Scope of Use
    • Discount codes can only be applied to specific courses or events as stated in the promotion details.
    • Discounts do not apply to any additional fees or services, unless explicitly stated.
  2. Inappropriate Use
    • The Escola reserves the right to cancel any discount code and/or registration if fraudulent, unauthorized, or inappropriate use is detected.
  3. Changes to Discounts
    • The Escola may modify or withdraw a discount code at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. Refunds
    • If a User cancels their registration or purchase, any refund issued will be based on the amount paid after the discount was applied.
    • Discount codes will not be reissued for future use in case of cancellation.

  3. Governing Law
    • These Discount Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in Spain. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using a discount code, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Discount Terms. The Escola disclaims any liability for errors in the application of discount codes due to user error or technical issues beyond its control.
