Training in maritime and intermodal transport at the Port of Barcelona.
The Escola’s Barcelona campus is also home to the centre’s headquarters. The Escola Europea is a European training center and a reference for intermodal transport and logistics, promoting sustainable logistics in Europe through innovative courses. Our aim is to promote intermodal transport as the basis for sustainable logistics chains in Europe and throughout the Mediterranean. Our courses have been designed by our team with the overall aim of giving the students a complete view of intermodality.
We are proud to be leading the educational transition from an instructional model to a new – constructivist model – in which the students, the facilities and the environment form a fundamental part of the training experience. We do this while also coaching power skills that determine the capabilities that companies need in a transitioning world.
We stand out from other training methods and centres thanks to the combination of theory and practice in real on-site experiences or through virtual simulated scenarios, which allow participants to practise what they have learned, and as a result, retain the concepts studied to effectively put them into practice.
