The project “Rome Port Academy” is a collaborative initiative between the Port of Civitavecchia and the port-logistics community, aimed at bridging the gap between university students, TVET students, and those studying transportation, logistics, and circular and international economy. The project strives to familiarize today’s students and future professionals with the various professions in the logistics sector, particularly maritime activity, and intermodal transport, with a strong focus on improving logistics chains and promoting sustainability. The results obtained from the project will be translated into better technical preparation for the students, which will have an impact on the improvement of the employability index of the participants.
